1. What we provide

BetGeniusHub publishes statistical, probability-based football match predictions generated by an automated model. Predictions are estimates derived from historical data and are not guarantees of any outcome. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept bets or wagers.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

Premium subscriptions and per-match unlocks are licensed to a single registered account for that account holder's personal, non-commercial use only.

Sharing, reselling, sub-licensing, or otherwise providing your login credentials or unlocked content to any other person is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether payment is exchanged. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate, without refund, any account found to be shared or resold.

Subscriptions and per-match unlocks are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

3. No guarantee of results

Football is unpredictable. Model probabilities and confidence scores reflect historical patterns, not certainty. Past accuracy shown on our Accuracy page does not guarantee future performance.

4. Responsible use

Our content is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you or someone you know is affected by problem gambling, please seek help from a local support service.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current version.
